LCCI, Foreign Affairs Ministry Partner to Host Invest Nigeria Business Conference

The Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) is teaming up with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to present the Invest Nigeria Business Conference in 2024.

A statement from the LCCI said the partnership aims to bring 15 Unicorn Companies into the Nigerian economy, establish significant investment agreements between Nigeria and other countries, and support the creation of 1500 new startups across Africa.

According to the statement, key highlights of the event include:

– A Business Forum featuring top government officials, diplomats, and private sector leaders.
– A Governor’s session where five State Governors will discuss investment opportunities and incentives in their respective states.

– Business to Business Sessions covering various sectors such as Oil and Gas, Manufacturing, Agriculture, Fintech, Textile, and Creative Arts.

– Government to Government meetings between Nigerian representatives and their international counterparts.
– An Expo section with delegates and exhibitors from over 50 countries.

The conference is set to take place on Tuesday 27th and Wednesday 28th August 2024 at the Eko Hotel and Suite in Victoria Island, Lagos, Nigeria.
