Slimming, Fat Belly Burner Tea – Do They Really Work?

Some believe that All Slimming Products in the market are FAKE and DO NOT WORK!!!! They just want to drain people’s money.

Others say, if anyone tells you a product can work for Belly Fat, it is a lie…

I will encourage us to pay close attention to the points I will provide then you can answer the question for yourself…

To begin with, have we all asked ourselves why the ASIANS are considered the slimmest? You hardly see them with a big tummy? This is based on STATISTICS not just mere words… So if you doubt what I have just said here please feel free to make your search to Confirm…

Are we all aware that among other factors, the ASIANS are known to consume LOTS of HERBAL TEAS?

A Typical Asian will rather take tea after a meal than cold water…

True, there are so many herbal teas that have flooded the market claiming to help with Fat reduction especially around the tummy, but which ends up not working…

However, this is not to say that a herbal tea with the right ingredients cannot produce the expected results with CONSISTENCY…

For example, just taking lime, lemon, and ginger consistently, you will see results if you need to lose weight….

Based on my research, natural herbs like Ginseng, Mint, Ginger, among others are effective and can be taken in form of tea…

Herbs have the ability to boost a person’s metabolism especially the three I mentioned above thereby helping to burn belly fat….

There is something called Metabolism Activity that happens in the body and this involves two things; One is Anabolism, has to do with energy stores as well as building up of body  tissues , while the second is Catabolism which has to do with breaking down of body tissues and energy stores to provide fuel or energy for the body.

We should note that metabolic rate differs from persons to persons…  Some have low metabolism – they don’t lose calories easily as such have lots of fats stored in their bodies – while some have  high metabolism and are able to burn calories fast enough.

This explains why someone may actually use a certain herbal tea and see tremendous effect even WITHOUT EXERCISE and another person may take same tea and find it difficult to see any improvement…

For this reason, a person who belongs to the second class may need to do more to achieve desired result such as portion control, exercise, and modification in diet.

In some persons, fruit therapy is all they need to boost metabolism thereby burning those calories while in others, Modification of diet may be all they need yet another may need just portion control. Some may need just exercise…

That is the same way one may need Just an EFFECTIVE HERBAL MIX or TEA and another may actually need to combine all options listed above to see any result….

So based on the foregoing, will it be right to say or conclude that ALL WEIGHT LOSS or FAT BURNER HERBAL MIXES/ TEA don’t work AT ALL?

Won’t that be a FALLACY OF HASTY GENERALISATION?
