International Flight: UAE Steps Down Covid-19 Test Requirements from Nigerian Travelers

The United Arab Emirates embassy says its initial requirements for Nigerian travelers to the UAE have been revised to now allow only 200 passengers per flight.

This comes after a deadlock between the two countries following a Rapid Antigen Test requirement introduced by the UAE for intending travelers not exceeding 4 hours before departure.

The Federal Government of Nigeria in reaction to the requirement which was termed not feasible banned the Emirates airline from operating within the country over the said requirement.

The revised requirement allows for only direct flights between both countries and no more than 200 passengers per trip.
