HOW CAN YOU USE THIS?
Take 5 pieces of bay leaves
Boil in 500ml of water
Add 1- 2 tablespoon of Grated or crushed Ginger
Add 1 Tablespoon of Tumeric
Add 1 Teaspoon of cinnamon powder
Boil for about 3 minutes , turn off the gas or stove.
Then allow it to steep further for 5 minutes .
Filter the drink, Add 1 Tablespoon of Unadulterated Honey and drink before going to bed. (Do not skip this because Original Unadulterated Honey helps to combat Insomnia)
