VFD Group Plc, a leading investment company, has announced a strategic restructuring of its Board to enhance corporate governance, drive growth, and create value for stakeholders.
The new appointees include:
– Ibraheem Nahim Abe, Non-Executive Director, he brings to the table a wealth of experience across different sectors, ranging from finance, technology, to real estate.
– Hubert Asamoah, Non-Executive Director, with Indept knowledge of the Ghanaian market and international logistics is expected to strengthen VFD Group’s regional presence; and
– Morenike Ominike, Executive Director, Operations, with extensive experience in portfolio management, operations, and compliance.
The Group Chairman Olatunde Busari, welcomed the new members, acknowledging that their expertise and perspectives will guide VFD Group’s continued growth.
He also thanked departing members Adeniyi Adenubi (now Non-Executive Director) and Femi Akinware for their dedicated service and contributions.
This restructuring demonstrates VFD Group’s commitment to strong corporate governance and maximizing value for investors.
