Transcorp Power Plc has announced the appointment of Christopher Ezeafulukwe as a Non-Executive Director, marking a significant change to its Board of Directors.

Prior to his current position, Ezeafulukwe held leadership roles at Abuja Electricity Distribution Plc and Transcorp Power Limited (now Transcorp Power Plc).
He also served as Executive Director, Legal and Business Development, at Transnational Corporation Plc, showcasing his versatility and expertise.
Ezeafulukwe’s academic credentials are impressive, with degrees from the University of Lagos, Nigerian Law School, and University of Houston, Texas.
He is also an alumnus of Lagos Business School and IESE Business School in Barcelona, Spain.
In addition to his academic and professional accomplishments, Ezeafulukwe is a respected member of several professional bodies, including the Association of International Petroleum Negotiators, Nigerian Bar Association, Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators of Nigeria, and past member of the Executive Council of the Association of Power Generation Companies.
