In a bid to promote accountability and stakeholders’ engagement in the advertisement industry, the Oyo State Signage and Advertisement Agency (OYSAA) has introduced a Grievance Redress Mechanism (GRM) form.
This innovative tool is designed to address complaints from Out-of-Home advertisement practitioners and business owners across the state.
According to the Director General of OYSAA, Oludolapo Eso-Ajanaku, the GRM form is a data-friendly tool aimed at streamlining the process of lodging complaints and grievances.
This mechanism ensures effective and prompt resolution of disputes, providing a dynamic and business-friendly environment for stakeholders.
The OYSAA has made the GRM form accessible through its website. Alternatively, complainants can visit the OYSAA office located on the 3rd Floor of the Water Corporation Building, State Secretariat, Agodi, Ibadan.
Eso-Ajanaku encouraged stakeholders to utilize the GRM mechanism in addressing issues of complaints and grievances.
He assured that the agency is committed to maintaining open lines of communication with utmost professionalism and efficiency.
