Ecobank Nigeria has launched an upgraded mobile app designed to provide customers with a faster, smarter, and simpler banking experience.

The app features advanced functionalities, including facial recognition, bill payments, airtime top-ups, and QR code payments, making banking more convenient for customers on the go.

The app’s new features include account opening, cardless onboarding, end-to-end card management, profile management, dormant account reactivation, and live monitoring of foreign exchange rates.These features aim to make banking more accessible and convenient for customers.

The Managing Director of Ecobank Nigeria, Bolaji Lawal, said the new app leverages digital technology to offer real convenience, security, and flexibility, enabling individuals to manage their finances with ease.

The Executive Director, Commercial and Consumer Banking, Kola Adeleke, added that the app represents the bank’s commitment to engaging with customers in a more meaningful way.

The upgraded Ecobank Mobile App is now available for download on both the App Store and Google Play Store.
