Cabotage Vessel Financing Fund: NIMASA Intensifies Stakeholders’ Engagement Towards Seamless Disbursement

The Management of the Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA) has continued with constant stakeholders’ consultation and engagement for effective communication to attain seamless disbursement of the Cabotage Vessel Financing Fund (CVFF) as approved by President Muhammadu Buhari.

A statement by NIMASA said the agency’s Management recently had a fruitful meeting with the Nigerian Indigenous Ship owners Association CVFF steering committee led by its Chairman Dr. Edward Sohwo.

Accordind to the statement, NIMASA Director General Dr. Bashir Jamohonce again reassured Indigenous Shipowners of the commitment of the Agency under the supervision of the Federal Ministry of Transportation, to implement the Presidential approval for the disbursement of the CVFF.
