Africa Prudential Gets First Female CEO, Catherine Nwosu

Effective March 1, 2024, Catherine Nwosu assumes the role of the company’s first female CEO, marking a historic milestone in its journey.

Nwosu, a distinguished veteran in the capital market, brings a wealth of experience to her new position. With a tenure at Africa Prudential since its establishment in 2006, she possesses a deep understanding of the company’s operations and a strong commitment to its success.

Her appointment not only reflects her exceptional qualifications but also underscores Africa Prudential’s dedication to diversity, inclusion, and sustainability in its leadership team.

Nwosu’s impressive credentials include alumni status from the prestigious Lagos Business School, a fellowship and vice presidency at the Institute of Capital Market Registrars, and membership in the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.
