Unity Bank Plc has kicked off its Customer Service Week 2025 celebration, themed “Mission: Possible.”
The event underscores the bank’s commitment to delivering exceptional customer service through innovation, teamwork, and service culture.
The Managing Director/CEO, Ebenezer Kolawole, emphasized that a service culture built on responsiveness and innovation is crucial for any organization.
He extolled the bank’s frontline staff for their dedication and reaffirmed the institution’s commitment to customer service excellence.
Kolawole highlighted the bank’s focus on customer experience innovation, investing in technology, systems, and people to redefine the customer journey.
He stated that the bank’s mission is to make banking simple, accessible, and rewarding for every customer.
The Chief Customer Service Officer, Elfrida Igebu, emphasized the importance of recognizing and celebrating staff who consistently go above and beyond to serve customers. She noted that service excellence is not just a goal but the bank’s mission.

Throughout the week, Unity Bank organized various activities across its branches and offices nationwide, including customer appreciation engagements, staff recognition awards, and digital media activations.
The bank has continued to upgrade its mobile banking platform, Unifi app, to optimize customer experience and convenience.
