WISTA Nigeria Celebrates Historic Appointments of Female Maritime Leaders

The Women’s International Shipping and Trading Association (WISTA) Nigeria has congratulated two distinguished women leaders in the maritime industry on their landmark appointments.

Jemilat Mahamah has been appointed Chairman of the Board of the Ghana Maritime Authority, while Iroghama Ogbeifun has been appointed a Board Member of the Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA).

Mahamah’s appointment is a significant milestone for Ghana and the wider maritime community, symbolizing visionary leadership and dedicated service.
