Qatar Airways, voted the World’s Best Airline by Skytrax in 2025 for a record ninth time, has unveiled its global winter schedule, featuring increased flights to over 15 destinations worldwide.
The airline’s expanded schedule offers greater choice and convenience for travelers, solidifying its position as a leader in global connectivity.
Some of the notable increases in flight frequencies include:
– London Heathrow: Up to 10 daily flights, complemented by British Airways’ double daily flights
– Abu Dhabi: Increased from five daily flights to up to six
– Cape Town: Increased from 10 weekly flights to up to 12
– Dublin: Increased from 14 weekly flights to 17
– São Paulo: Increased from 14 weekly flights to 18
– Tokyo Narita: Increased from 11 weekly flights to up to 14.
Qatar Airways’ global connectivity is supported by its diverse fleet of young aircraft, including 54 Boeing 777s equipped with ultra-high-speed Starlink on-board Wi-Fi that is free for all passengers.
The airline aims to complete Starlink installation on its Airbus A350 fleet within the next year, ensuring seamless connectivity for passengers across its network.
The airline has also partnered with Virgin Australia to launch flights from Melbourne to Doha, increasing capacity to three daily flights between the two cities.
Additionally, Qatar Airways will restart services to Canberra, reinforcing its commitment to enhancing connectivity between Australia and the world.
