The DAM Foundation has reaffirmed its commitment to supporting Nigerian athletes, with its President, Dr. Abdullahi Mustapha, joining basketball stakeholders to lend support to the D’Tigress in Berlin.

The gathering underscored the importance of backing Nigerian athletes as they continue to represent the country on the international stage, carrying the hopes and pride of millions of Nigerians.

Among those present were Ugo, a Board Member of the Nigeria Basketball Federation (NBBF); FIBA Africa President, Anibal Aurelio Manave; and FIBA Secretary General, Andreas Zagklis.

Also in attendance was Mr. Emmanuel Iza, Chief Executive Officer of XEJet, one of the major sponsors supporting the D’Tigress and their international campaign.

For Dr. Abdullahi, the show of support reflects a broader commitment to Nigerian sports, particularly efforts to create opportunities for young people, encourage sporting excellence and contribute to the continued growth of the country’s basketball ecosystem.

The DAM Foundation’s presence in Berlin also highlighted the role of partnerships and private-sector support in strengthening Nigeria’s sporting ambitions.
