ATCON Delegation Pays Courtesy Visit to NCC Leadership in Abuja

A delegation of the Association of Telecom Companies of Nigeria (ATCON) on Tuesday paid a courtesy visit to the leadership of the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) at the Commission’s headquarters in Abuja.

The ATCON team was led by its President, Tony Emoekpere, and included the Vice President of the association and Chief Executive Officer of IXPN, Muhammed Rudman.

They were received by the Executive Vice-Chairman/Chief Executive Officer of the NCC, Dr. Aminu Maida, alongside the Executive Commissioner, Technical Services, Abraham Oshadami, and the Executive Commissioner, Stakeholder Management, Rimini Makama.

The visit provided an opportunity for both organisations to strengthen collaboration and discuss issues affecting Nigeria’s telecommunications industry, including regulatory policies, infrastructure development, and stakeholder engagement.

Both parties reaffirmed their commitment to deepening cooperation to advance the growth and sustainability of the country’s telecom sector.
