Nestlé Nigeria has celebrated the 15th anniversary of its technical training initiative with the graduation of 20 trainees from its Flowergate Technical Training Centre.
The company said the milestone reflects its sustained commitment to developing technical skills and building a pipeline of qualified professionals to support Nigeria’s industrial growth.
According to Nestlé Nigeria, the programme is designed to equip young Nigerians with practical, industry-relevant skills, enhancing their employability and contributing to workforce development across the manufacturing sector.
The latest cohort of graduates underwent intensive training at the Flowergate facility, where they were exposed to modern technical practices and hands-on learning experiences.
Nestlé Nigeria noted that, over the past 15 years, the initiative has played a significant role in empowering youths with competencies required to thrive in the workplace, while also supporting the company’s broader goal of creating shared value.
The firm reiterated its commitment to investing in human capital development and fostering partnerships that promote sustainable growth within its host communities and the wider economy.
